Are you talking profile pic or avatar? If you are looking for it on the left side under your name that is the avatar photo.

Click on settings at the top right of the home page, then at the middle left of the settings page, click on edit profile picture, then you can upload a picture from your computer. Same thing with avatars.

    EDIT:
I clicked on your "handle" Rladuke, and you have a profile picture, it is your license plate. So I am thinking that you mean avatar. See above instructions. Just click edit avatar & upload a picture.

    Tim,
Were you asking how to set yourself up with an avatar?
You need to have a picture that's "sort of" the right size and shape...
If you can re-size it down to about 225 pixels in width; that's about the right size...
From the Home Page: choose "User CP" from the left side of the screen...
scroll down until you see "Edit avatar"... click it!

On the right half of the screen; you'll see a box where you can go pick out your artwork from your computer...
click on "Browse", and go find where you stored your chosen pic.
Once you've got it chose; it'll bring you back to the previous box.
You should now be able to see your new avatar...
click on "Save Changes", and you're done!

(Don't forget to complete that last step!)
