Try Isopropyl alcohol. Cleans a lot of stuff.

Yellow paint used to make parking lines

You should be able to put a claim in with whoever owns the parking lot and had this work done. The sooner you do it the better!!!! I know I use to handle these types of claims

I wouldn't even attempt to remove anything. I would have immediately called police and filed a report. Photograph the lot and damage and file a claim.
We're there any signs indicating the work and the lot being off limits?
Did you ride over the painted lines?

on the tires you can use paint thinner, on the body either wax & silicone remover/body prepsol or compound/polish to remove

Start with Googone, if you have to use GOOFOFF after that, but check in an inconspicuous place first.
