Lidlox (Shout-out)
I'd like to take this moment to thank Matthew at Lidlox for responding so quickly to my issue. This past Saturday, while we were out for a short ride we stopped at a local Walmart to pickup a few things. We parked and I lock the helmets on the bar ends as we normally do. When we returned to the bike I attempted to open the Lidlox one worked just fine the other would not open without some fuss. I emailed Lidlox that same afternoon and received a prompt response informing me to just provide the key number so they could send me a new lock cylinder with keys. I received it today Monday, 6/4 and installed it. All is back to normal!
P.S. if you have lidlox on your bike keep the allen key with you. This way should have a problem you can unscrew the cylinder and get your helmet off.
