Handle bar bolt thread required
Does anyone know the thread pitch on the handlebar bolts. I know they are M10 x 40. I am changing one of them to M10 x 60 but really need the thread pitch info.
Thank for any available accurate info.

Do you not have hardware store(s) up there that have thread pitch dies right with their stock that you can measure your 40 so you know and buy the 60 right there?

otherwise be a vulgar brawl.

With a name like "toolguy" you would think he would have a pitch gage in his tool box

Let's see....
Generally in the metric motorcycle nuts and bolts...5mm and under are 1.0....6 are 1.25 and the 8 on up are 1.50 but always good to have a pitch Guage about for both SAE and metric or you will need a tap and die set ...
