Default How to disable the VSS on the 2017 F3S and Daytona Model

To disable the VSS on the f3S and the Daytona Model F3 (I have not been able to test other models so i do not know if this works on them, but i do not believe it does)

Press and Hold the MODE (eco) Button and the UP Arrow Button for three seconds and you will see a symbol appear next to the gear indicator on your screen, repeat the same sequence and the VSS will reengage and the symbol will disappear see photos below, this can be done from a stopped position or while you are moving.

According to the Operator's manual, you missed some stuff.

    Engine must be running.
    No passenger.
    No active fault codes.

I believe it stands for "Vehicle Stability System".
    Without the VSS: you'd be S.O.L.... P.D.Q.!

    Hey Joe!
Have you had to replace the rear tire yet?

I'm just guessing, but maybe it's: Vehicle Stability System = VSS

The way I read it, the entire VSS is NOT disabled; only the TCS (Traction Control System).

You can do this with many cars today, also. But not the VSS.

From what I've read/know, it's only available on the 2017's. I thought it was only on the Daytona model?

The sport mode is only on 2017 f3s and the f3 Daytona all others don't have it

Only played with the disconnect one time.

I might have said the same sort of thing to my Missus. " I only did it One Time..."

    But that's another story!
