Spyder backrest

I found someone locally who is selling a backrest setup. He says it came off a 2009 RS. Will I be able to fit this on my 2013 ST with the OEM seat?

I would think it should fit. The frame changed in 2012 or '13 but I do not know if the tail section was affected. I sure someone will chime in with better info, I will be interested to find out!

I have the exact one on my 2013 st so
So u should be fine
