Looks like this is turning out to be a great little event. We have folks coming from coast to coast including folks from Canada and Australia
It will still be small compared to some but we're expecting around 150-200 Spyders to show up. Seems I talk to folks everyday that say they plan on being here. We haven't confirmed this for sure but we plan on the famous MOgang being here and not working the event. This has never been seen before and we're still not sure if this is possible but if you do see a Mogang member working we ask that you pull them aside and take their job and make sure they are having fun NOT working.
So here's what we have so far. On Wednesday the 21st the Road Warriors will be spending time with Len from Pitbull. Not sure what they're doing yet but Len promised them a good time. The Road Warriors will be staying at the host hotel so it will be a great time to meet some real American hero's and show your support. Trust me when I say these guys will change your lives. Joan and I were honored to ride with them last year and that is an experience I'll never forget.
Sept 22 Thursday
Leave the host hotel around 8am and escort the Road Warriors to Bradford Marine
We haven't picked the route yet but make sure you're tank is full and bladder empty.
When we get there Bradford is planning on a lunch for the guys but don't count on them feeding all of us. There's plenty of places to eat around there and Bikes Blues and BBQ is happening just down the road if you want to check that out while you're there. You'll be free to do what you like from there. I know I'll be heading back to the hotel in Springfield or the shop.
Spyderpops will be setup doing sales and installs and there will be event shirts for sale there too. If you need service Pitbull is just up the road and Lamonster Garage will be open too.
Sept. 23 Friday
Group ride to Eureka Springs AR in the morning
Self guided rides all day
Parking lot vendors
Pitbull open for all your Spyder needs
Group Dinner Ride to Lambert's Home of the throwed Rolls
Sept. 24 Saturday
Group ride to Peel's Ferry
Self guided rides all day
Parking lot vendors
Pitbull open for all your Spyder needs
Grand Opening and catered BBQ and the new Lamonster Garage location
We'll have free BBQ from the best BBQ I've ever had in this area. Seating will be limited but you'll have your bikes there to sit on if needed. Time to be determined.
We plan on raffling off some door prizes given from our vendors and all the money will go directly to the Road Warrior Foundation.
If you're a vendor and would like to donate to the event please let me know and I'll make sure your gift is well received and your company gets credit for your donation to the RWF.
You can send your gift to:
Lamonster Garage
1271 N. Robin St.
Nixa, MO 65714
Donating Vendors to date.

Yes, there will be two event shirts there. This is the artwork from the shirt folks. I'm not selling them but they will be onsite at the event.

I got more details last night. They are not riding to their shop but are riding downtown Fayetteville where Bradford has a booth setup. So those that want to checkout the event can. It's 2.5 hours from our event.

Have fun
Unfortunately my husband had open heart surgery in April and riding to this Event was just to much. Hopefully this event will become a annual event and we can make in the future. We are going to the Red Rock's Event in Utah, so hope to see you there.

Are you leaving from the hotel your new shop or old shop? What time?

We will be leaving from the host hotel or I should say the Road Warriors will be leaving from the host hotel. 8am-ish is the time. I'm sure they will firm that up later.

It's actually better that you're meeting at Bradford's store at 2325 N Thompson in Springdale, because trying to park at Bradford's display booth on Dickson Street in Fayetteville during Bikes, Blues and BBQ would be impossible.
Lunch will be easier at the store, too. I hope to see you all at Bradford's, and I can escort a group to BB&BBQ after lunch if there's interest. Worth a visit if you've never been. It's a "family-friendly" version of Sturgis.

Vendors have been updated at the top of the page. I've ordered BBQ for 200 riders and the door prizes for the Road Warriors are stacking up. This is turning into quite the event by the looks of things. Hope to see you there.
