Grease Fittings on 2010 RT

How many grease fittings that I can easily access are there. Had a mechanical go over at dealership back about 3 weeks ago, and just noticed one on top of each arm, that appears to have not been greased in a while. Also is the a certain type of grease to use? Sorry for all the questions, but going to Spyder Quest and want everything done.

I have a 2012 rts and there are eight on mine. Four on top four on the bottom.

Interesting that you posted this. There are 8 that you should be able to see....getting the grease gun on them is another issue. There re 4 on top and 4 on the bottom. The top front two are a PITA to get to. I tried to change them to 45* fittings with no luck. I suppose I could have dropped the a arms down and did it. There's too much sh** in the way to get the tip of the gun on that I have. Maybe I'll see what's out there for tips.

Really? just for the A-Arm fittings? You can see them all easily enough from the sides though. It looks like it would be a 5 minute job if I had the right fitting for my grease gun. Thanks To BillyBovine, I'll have it soon. Are there other fittings that I'd need to remove the frunk for?

I guess the other part of the O.P is type of grease...I just use a synthetic grease, same that I use for all of my other stuff. Important to grease things up at the end of the season to get the moisture out.

Removing the frunk isn't as daunting a task as it first seems.
I find it easier than wrestle with the grease gun trying to get at the lower & inner ones (even with the 90 degree fitting)

Yes, two on the bottom and I think four atop.
Then three or four connectors.(fogs, horn and AAPTS sensor)

Exactly where are these. I don't see anything in the shop manual about greasing. I see only two, the ones on the top side of the lower arm, and that is it. Do I need to put the bike up on the lift to see others, and I shouldn't grease is with the weight off of it, should I ? Use the same grease that I use in the car fittings?

They were discontinued in 2013

They are in the same location in the upper A-arm as the lower A-arm. You can reach in a feel them easier than see them. On lift off lift does not matter. Sure, use the stuff for your car. But synthetic grease is recommended by BRP.
