Plastic rivets
How do you get them off to remove the bottom cover for an oil change?

they are a two piece rivet, pop up the center part with a small screwdriver and then it will be easy to remove, put it back the same way

Not that hard....
If you notice there is a notch on the inner circle where you can insert a small flat screwdriver and pop the center up. Once it is up you can remove the outer section. When installing them back make sure you put the notch so it is easy to get to....
