Default Best place to put a go pro on a RT 2013?

What is the best place to put a go pro on a RT 2013? I am new to the Spyder world. This is my first season and first Go Pro. Any advice would be welcome. My wife and are enjoying the Spyder a great deal.

I use the small wing to the right of the windshield. I put 2 unused discs from an old gps and a u shaped ball mount from Baker wings ( a site sponsor ) and mounted it there. This eliminates shooting through the plastic windshield which creates a reflection and distorts the picture.

the "trickest" one I've seen, goes on the upper control arm. Very good video and stills of stuff you are seeing.

Helmet mounts work well, too, and you video what you are looking at.

How is the video when you are filming through the window? Do you get much reflection, streaks, dashboard and that type of issue? I guess it would depend on the way the sun is positioned as well.

I saw a video using the JT mount with a piece of foam under the camera on You Tube. There was no bounce in the video. It was very impressive. The Spyder looked like it was going at a fast clip as well.

Does anyone know where Shawn Smoak mounts his? I have left messages on some of his YouTube videos asking, but no reply. I have come to the conclusion that he must have a camera mounted to the chin of his helmet, but don't know how he mounts it, or what he uses for a camera. Would sure like to know. I like the videos that he has, they show the speedometer and where he is going.

Installed a mount using two angle brackets, a piece of conduit, some pieces from Lowe's and the screws on top of the dash. Hopefully the pictures attached.

From watching some of his videos, he uses a chin bar mount sometimes, and sometimes one on the side of his helmet. I've heard him talk about using the Go Pro Hero's, and the new Sena camera. He does a great job with his videos.

I will see him this week to have a rear tire installed on our Spyder before our trip to St George and will ask if he will post pictures.
