Oswego, like all the living creatures here, you, me and everyone else had defied astronomical odds and was born.
He won the cosmic lottery.

True, he hadn't won the grand prize of a large cranium and big brain that we did, but he was conscious of his surroundings.
He enjoyed long sunny days in the pasture and cool winter nights in the barn.

Oswego loved to eat orchard grass, poop and pee in the pasture and romp in the green fields.
He had an outstanding Alpaca Life.

As hard as he tried he never made it to Herd Boss.
Like all of us he rose to the heights of his abilities.

Oswego's herd is now looking for him.
Due to their winning a lesser prize of gray matter they probably don't comprehend his
absence as we do.

But I can't say for sure.

One thing's for sure...you all did all you could for him! I'm sure he appreciated all the hand feelings he received over the last several months. Sorry the time had come for the most difficult decision to be made.
