Kuhmo Ecsta Ast 225/50/R15 on F3
Has anyone run this tire on the F3? If so what kind of performance are you getting? Thanx...

I'm very interested as well, my rear tire is wore out
I'm looking for a new rear tire on both my RT and F3t. The Kenda is not cutting it.

When my OEM needs replaced. Have 11k on OEM and a good 5k left. Satisfied with OEM but ordered in the Khumo so will use.

You can expect to get 20,000 + miles on the Kumho but you give up some wet weather traction with this tire.
2017 F3T-SM6 Squared Away Mirror Wedgies & Alignment
2014 RTS-SM6 123,600 miles Sold 11/2017
2014 RTL-SE6 8,600 miles
2011 RTS-SM5 5,000 miles
2013 RTS-SM5 burned up with 13,200 miles in 13 weeks
2010 RTS-SM5 59,148 miles
2010 RT- 622

On the F3 you give up some significant DRY weather traction too. Its a HARD rubber tire designed for miles, not traction. Its also not a good performer in the rain. The Kuhmo is not my recommendation for the F3. We install the Yokohama and much prefer its better performance.

5th
i'm on my 5th KUMHO; 3 on my RS, and now my 2nd on the F3....
it's all all-around better tire in every aspect; wet/dry, hot/cold, traction/wear, etc etc etc...
one BIG problem however, these tires are getting harder and harder to find... i bought 2 from AMAZON and had to pay $120 each... my 1st one only cost $87... if you find one, you will be a happy camper for sure...

I love mine! Good traction in all conditions. I think the pressure is very important and is different for everyone. You have to consider your riding weight and style of riding.
