Default Rear shock blown & replaced, but still bad - ideas?

Question guys. I have an RTS when I got the bike I noticed the rear shock would bottom out when I was riding so I take it to the shop and they told me that the rear shock was blown out so I had it replaced but is still doing the same thing is that normal?

No. Check the air pressure. Add air, wait overnight, check again. If it leaked out, then it is either the compressor, the line, fittings, or valve. Properly inflated, it will not bottom out, even two up.
