    Default Headlight/Turn Signal Illumination

I have looked and looked and looked and looked (well you get the idea) but can't find any information about the headlight and turn signal switch being illuminated. They are darned hard to find at night otherwise. The multi-function switch for the heads up display is lit as is the cruise control on the right side.

Any ideas? No one at my dealer knew the answer.

    Thanks for any help.

    Reviving this thread

Has anyone been brave or foolhardy enough to pull the left cluster apart?

Is there by any chance an internal plastic bit that could be scraped away to allow the illumination from the arrow/mode part to seep through sufficiently to illuminate the high beam and maybe horn button?

Here in oz, low beam is hard wired and by law on all the time. The only time I need the hi/low switch is when I'm in the back of beyond and it is pitch black. It's kind of a high risk exercise to try to find the switch to turn hi on - and even riskier to try to turn it off quickly when there is oncoming traffic.

This has annoyed me on my Rs. St and now f3s.

    Anyone ??

    Aftermarket fix?
