Yellow stuff on threads

Can someone confirm the the yellow stuff found on rear wheel brake disk bolts is the equivalent of Locktite blue and not red. I hate red.

It is a loctite substance and thought I see there is more than one the majority refer to a medium strength...

The medium Loctite in USA is blue, Japanese medium Loctite is red, and BRP Loctite appears to be yellow. Is there a Canadian color? I find it interesting that most of the bolts I've pulled off have it, but the service manual mentions only a few bolts get it when reinstalling.

I researched this a while back. It is a 3M product under the Scotch brand name. It is yellow because it is reusable. Low to medium strength. At least that is what I remember.

It's 3M scotch grip. I'm not sure if you can buy it for your own use though.
