Your belt looks like it is riding against the flange.... If so you need to get that fixed.

new Horn
Replaced the factory horn with a Stebel 11690019 nautilus compact mini air horn

Had to use a small 1" x 4" x 1/16" piece of aluminum.
bent, trimmed and holes drilled for 5/16
used the stock location there is nothing in the way just, mount in low to be under the ecm
made a extension wire set
Boy is this thing Loud!
