    Default Lamonster Approved LED Headlights

I bought 50 sets that turned out to be junk so I went with the best there is on the market. No moving parts to fail. Check it out.

What is the degree of difficulty to install? Can-Am doesn't always make it easy to get at the bulbs.

The rubber boot is reused. The heatsink will unscrew for insulation.

It's a pain to get to the bulb but it's no harder than replacing the stock bulb.

I have no plans for a video right now because it would take too long to shoot. I try and keep everything under 10 minutes and that's not going to happen on this. Best to get a service manual to help you.

Will you be doing installs at Spyderfest, or is it too time intensive?

No, we are limited on our time so that one will suck up too much time. Sorry

Lamont, get a set in, I'll buy them for Ann, we can video the install. I replaced her headlight bulb in a mud parking lot in northern Canada. Should be easy in your shop or the fairgrounds! Much less mud!!

Thanks. I hope they make it in time. The F3 is harder than the RT to install, that's why we won't be doing them there.

Installation is pretty simple, if you access the headlight bulbs per BRP instructions you will need the following; T15, T25 and T27 Torx drivers, 7mm wrench, small wire cutters and 6 ea. 7" zip ties. I've been told, after the he fact, that you can just remove the screws holding the side rails on and slide to one side replace bulb and then do the other side.

By removing the screws holding the side rails you will be able to lift the panel up and to the side to access the headlight bulb. I would suggest that you tape off the of the fairing so as not to scratch it when you move the panel to the side. I did not do it this way, I followed the BRP instructions and would do it again if the need to access the bulbs was needed. Having total access is more important to me than trying to hold a panel to one side. Even with the tape I would still be concerned with scratches on the fairing.

Thank u in advance for posting pictures as u go including panels please - also any tips/lessons learned along the way appreciated. Fog lights easy but I am concerned about getting to the headlight bulbs. How many Spyderlovers does it take to change a headlight bulb in 2015 F3s? Beats me. I only know that the time is to long for a video installation guide - HEY! we need a Bob Finless for F3's.

I have read the owners manual steps to changing headlight bulbs but perhaps there are some missing details or easier ways of doing it.

Cheers and the best of luck.
