Front shocks are single rate spring set-up with remote reservoir, high / low speed compression with rebound. Rear shock is a remote reservoir dual rate spring set-up with hydraulic high / low speed compression and rebound adjustments. This set-up offers a very broad range of adjustment.

I have had them on for several months now. I don't ride really hard but I love the Elka suspension.
They seem to me to be incredibly well made.

Where do you purchase them and what does the set of three cost?
They look very first rate.

I'll admit, I'm too lazy to look these up

so I wonder if one of you can tell me some more about how these make the suspension better. Also, what's that external canister for?
