Default 2014 Can Am Spyder RT-S SE6 Front Wheel Vibrating Up and Down when Braking or Reverse

2014 Can Am Spyder RTS front left wheel and cowling vibrates up and down when braking and in verse. I'm thinking it the rotor causing this problem. Any suggestion.

    Default SUGGESTION

I can think of at least 20 reasons why...................However if you give more info it will help narrow it down....Think of what a mechanic would ask you about when this began .................Mike

Who sets the 'Require Thanks to see post content' button on their posts?!

Doing that on purpose so a potential reader MUST click thanks to see what you contributed to the Thread & Forum is a bloody annoying way of boosting the number of 'thanks' you might get and pretty much just a really low act that almost certainly guarantees I won't bother reading any of those posts.....

But since it was most likely triggered by accident or has been set as a default & just carried on, then maybe the two prior posters above could modify your posts so that ALL others can see what you wanted to contribute?

As for the OP, it does sound like it's a warped disc, but Blueknight has hit the nail on the head - what more can you tell us to help narrow it down a bit?

    Default Don't know. ..!!

Not knowing the whole story but willing to venture a guess, one must remember there are a few shock absobers out there that did not perform well. The disc can also be a possibility and many more as mike stated. Suggest a full front end checkup....

Why guess, it's a 2014 and should still be on warranty. Take it in to your Dealer and have it checked out.
