    Default ride at 70 degrees

    Had a good work out in the gym today. Also had a 100 mile ride at 70 degrees! Gotta love southern Alabama!

    It's 12 degrees outside, and the thermometer is dropping just like it got pushed off the table...
    Minus 10 is forecast for the weekend...

    Our temps this week-end are suppose to get in the single digits below zero. Then you have the wind chill factor which is minus 20 to 30 below. This is the first cold snap that we have had. The cold snap wont last long

    We went from wearing heated gear a week or so ago to wishing I was wearing mesh today! More of the same, mid 70s and sunny for the next 10 days.
