    Default SNOW!! Who needs it???

3' of snow on my deck. Have to get it off and the only way is with a shovel! (the woman who live with me won't allow me to run the snowblower through the living room) Snow to continue until near midnight, so I'll probably have to shovel off the deck a couple of times. O where are the young lads in the neighborhood? Ah, playing video games and tezxting each other.

    Default Snow? Snow?

My neighbor, who moved out here from back east, put his snow shovel in his front yard yesterday. He put a sign on it that read "RUST IN PEACE"

So far, my second childhood is better than my first.

I've heard that lashing a snow shovel to the front of your car, is the BESY way to figure out where to live.
You just drive South and West, until somebody points to it, and asks:
    "What IS that thing?"
    THAT's where you stop driving!

    17"? childs play!

36" shoveled off the deck! Haven't started the snowblower yet to clear the driveway and 200' of municipal sidewalks. And the dumba** plowing the street piled about 10' on the curb-cut. Had a 1/2 block of clear curb, no cars parked there, and he piles it on the curb cut. How the he** am I supposed to clear that?? And if I don't, I am subject to a fine!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    Default We do...!!

Though we moved out here for many reasons one of them was the cold. It can be very dry here and snow in the mountains is their main source of water. to bad you can't send it over here. it would just dribble out of the trucks before you hit the mid west... good luck hope this is it for you all...

I've run my snowblower up stairs before.( Transport mode with down pressure on the handles) Cleared a neighbors deck very quickly. BUT, It's a tracked machine.

Who needs snow----The western part of the US is a desert and the mountain snow keeps us from dying of thust. Besides---- Skiing is lots of fun!!

2+feet. Raining right now. Really don't like the slop. Guy who plows my drive broke down. So rev up my 4x PU. Slip slide until wheels in groove and yehaw time. I keep my 40ft apron to garage cleared. Yep we soooo need this. Bring it. But you better be gone by April 15. Or I will call the rollback to get Studley and trailer up to main road. So "we" can be East or South to Spyderfest. Always have plans B, C, D, or???? Have a great day. Off to yehaw to school to watch grandson hoops game

Its a deck. & only snow. Im missing the "have to " part of that? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1453574155.256274.jpgim sure its annoying but not "HAVE TO" status structural damage to other parts of house rank higher. I may live in Louisiana but I do understand. I have a wee workshop built under the deck. the underside of the deckjoists are the rafters of the shop roof. would sure hate for the roof to fall in.
