    Is the latest iteration of the Elio prototype slightly different? It will be an interesting success story if it actually makes it . What are the latest projections?

    last I heard they have moved on to next year...maybe, perhaps You think... but then next year is in a couple of weeks...

    There is a recent "Elio" thread running.

    The latest poop--

    Production moved to late 2016.

    They have tweeked the design a bit.

    He is trying to raise $25 million to build 25 prototypes. (One would think they should be way past that stage).

    After five years of the saga...I am still saying...Where's the Beef?

    The consensus appears to be...

    The Elio is based on a BS meter redlining.

    I owe one person lunch and a public apology if I turn out to be wrong though.
