Web boards purchase

This is my first post on this sight. We were at spyderquest this fall,had a great time and bought a few farkles for are rtl. We ordered web boards while there,they were out of the ones we wanted. Well, it was over a month before we got them - didn't bother me ,figured. I had all winter to get them on. Tried installing them and could not get them to fit. Called Bill at web boards and he tells me I need an adapter kit for boards to fit an rtl. The great part about this thread is he sent me the kit ($100 value) at no charge and a tee shirt and a sweat shirt. I really wasn't upset or disturbed with him over the problem so I think he went above and beyond what he needed to do to satisfy me. Great product, great people, thanks.
