    Default 2009 Can Am spyder

Looking at a 2009 red/black with only 1400 miles on it, it is a sm5 and is mint condition with the back rest. They are willing to take 8500 OTD. Is this a good deal? Anything else to look out for with this year?

2009 CanAm RS with 2400 miles in mint condition (phantom package) without backrest but with vented windshield I bought this July and paid $8500. Think yours is a great price also.

Expect some squeaky brakes and license plate light housing will probably come off on a big bump. Suggest you remove it and glue it good after purchase. Other than that, if it sounds good get a first service and smile!

My wife has the same bike in the 2008 model. I think it sounds like a great deal, assuming everything is good with the bike.

It probably wouldn't hurt to get the V.I.N., and have a dealer run it for you...

Hey guys any difference between a 2009 and a 2011 RSS? Would the 2011 be any better? Also what are they general differences between the years of the GS/RS/RSS

Functionally; they'd be about the same.

I purchased my 08 GS for 8K with 2400 miles over a year ago. I think it's a good deal as long as the issues that others have mentioned are investigated.
