Here's some teaser pics of the mirror replacement lights for the F3 that we've been working on for a long time. We hit a lot of road blocks on this project but it looks like we are just about ready for production. This mount is printed out for test fitting but the production unit will be billet aluminum.
This will replace the stock mirrors on the F3 with a light and then we'll have top caps on the handlebars that will allow you to add mirrors on the bars just like most motorcycles. This eliminates your hands being in the way of the mirrors. We will offer lights and mirrors with the kit but you'll have the option to add any light or mirror you like. This will give the F3 a real clean look.
Looks real good. That is a very important mod to the F3. There is a very big blind spot in the passing lane on the left. This will remove it. Good work
Just had a thought, why not kill two birds with one design. Add a small LED indicator to the back of the light connected to the turn signal. Then you would have a good indicator that you can see instead of the whimpy light on the dash that everyone complains about?
not really sure what the lights are for. Are these in addition to the Aux F3 lights? alternative to the Aux lights? Added lighting for forward progress?

You can adjust your stock mirrors on the F3. Have you tried that?
Wow....I have been contemplating doing this very thing on my wife's F3.
I was going to try and use the existing mirror bases, and try to modify them to put on some really cool looking signal lights, but I may not need to now. I did find some mirror re-locator clamps to put them on the handlebars, but I will wait, and to see your final product.

Good job Lamont.
so are they signal lights? Lamont just posts "lights"

Yes, they are the signal lights.
Personally I would rather put on something like this for my wife. She has a habit of forgetting to turn off her signal light, and the flashing blue light would remind her.

My brackets will work with those lights. Your options are not limited to what I stock.
Hey---this could eliminate needing to polish the insides of my front fender because that reflection is the only way I know if the signal light is still flashing

Very cool stuff. I am not happy with the rear view mirror coverage but dig the blinkers in the mirror gimmick so l'm not sure what I'm going to do. Do you have a video or daylight pictures to show more about the side blinkers?

I know you are in Canada, but I still think this applies..........The color BLUE combined with or without flashing will get the attention of the Mountie's and or Gendarmes or in the U.S. just plain Cops really fast and it won't go well ......Mike

Well...maybe it will teach my wife to turn her signal lights off then.
Do you know how much the kit will go for? or how much each piece will be if they are sold separately.
Also, will the mirror mount come in black or will it be left aluminum?
I am really interested in this kit for my wife's F3.
I don't have pricing yet but we are keeping it low as we can, that's part of the reason we went from a full top and bottom cap to a top cap only, that's two less parts we have to make.
