Need help (or suggestions) on my Spyder

OK so here is the problem,

Grocery Store, 1/2 mile from House

Gas Station, 1/2 Mile from House

Package Store (adult beverage store), 1/2 Mile from House

But every time i go to any one of these places when i return to the house my Spyder shows more than 25 miles higher!!!

Do you think it could be the alignment???

All helpful suggestions will be totally ignored.

You do know how to get there...?? Head north till you hit water, should be a great lake, turn left and head west till you hit mountains, should be the rockies, turn left and head south till you hit a row of casinos, you should be there...LAS VEGAS...!!

It's because my Spyder is still at the dealers in Greenville, SC. for over six weeks and it's going to be raining till get it back.

In my experience, not only is the mileage far higher for these short run than one would expect, but sometimes the Spyder fails to visit the intended destination at all. I keep bringing this this to BRP's attention, but they give me BS about "rider error". I would consider yourself very fortunate that you even go to these places at all.

I have a similar problem with my RT. The two and a half block trip to the mail box usually adds 75 to a 100 miles every day to the odometer. I always come back in a good mood though.

I used too and still do to this day attribute it to POOR TRAFFIC, or an accident. Had to go the long way around, too get home quicker. 2 hours later pulling into the driveway and damn, forgot the milk. Out we go again. Oh well, no more excuses for the season as the SPYDEE in hibernation, till probably April/may or even later in this part of the world...
