As many will be...you had it a week and is worked and sounded great.. now its up for sale..?? If it wasn't such a high watt unit could be interesting but 998's only put out 850 watts.. Great price should be an easy sale...

I took it off because I use a full face helmet and no windshield on the bike. While I can crank it up high and still hear it at speed..........I was experimenting with it and think I like my speakers in my helmet better since I don't plan on getting a windshield anytime soon.

I am not sure how this works with Watts and all this electric stuff.

I had one on my 08 GS for a couple years. Also had had a lot of other things like lights and heater gear .Never had a problem

Thanks.....Did not think it would be an issue. Not sure what the correlation is with the speaker output and the 998 motor output . They are made for motorcycle and lots of people install them on 2 wheels.
