Default Got them, and LOVE them!

    Hi Guys!
Even with an RT; you can always use more storage space.
We ordered a set of Chrome Lidlox, and found that everything we heard about them is true!
Installation took less than 5 minutes per side... (Less time than it took to find the right tools for the job!)
They function flawlessly, and securely hold two modular helmets; freeing up storage space!
    Thanks!!

Thanks for the post. I have been looking at options and was struggling with which way to go. I love to be able to store my gear and walk around like a semi-normal human.

Since I have all of the mechanical aptitude of a hamster; I watched Lamont's video about how to install them... It made the job VERY simple!

    Default Fish bowl

The lidlox work great and I love them, BUT, if you dont keep your eye on the sky, you will come back to a fish bowl. Make sure you leave the vents in the top of the helments open. Plus, stupid people like to put trash in your helment.

    Default Well

Bob what took you so long? Just always remember to have the key with you. One day I took off for a little jaunt in the foothills. My wife had my keys, and I had hers, the set without the key on it! So I stop for a little lunch and it hits me just as I lock my helmet on the bars.....I don't have the right set of keys. Two things hit me at once: can't Ryde with out a helmet in California.......even if you could you can't drive with a helmet on the bars! Fortunately I found the only locksmith in the entire county, and though he was located in another part of the county, he happened to be in that little town. He came over to the bike, and could not open the lock! But he did have the tool to take the lock off the bike. Now I have keys on all sets of keys, and a spare in the rear trunk bag!

I forgot to mention: If you have the IPS end caps on your bars; let them know about it! You'll need some longer mounting screws.

On RT, Your helmet is SMALL if you can find anywhere but the frunk to store it.
which always seemed a little weird to me.

Helmet hooks under seat ? They might work if your strap is 10" long. and then your
    helmet is rubbing the paint.

I use the goofy Velcro strap that holds the so-called "tool set" to the bottom of the seat (????)
as an excellent strap extender when the frunk isn't available.
