What do you need the cover to do? Just asking as to whether you need a 1/2 or full cover. I have both. I have the BRP full cover and the NR 1/2 cover. Like them both. Bought the NR on Amazon for my 2014 RT.

I use the Formosa half cover (available on Amazon) when traveling and like it. Good quality, good price, and takes up very little room. I have never used the Nelson Rigg cover but I seem to recall others here reporting positive things
    about it.

Default Half cover & full cover

I also have a half & full cover, I like them both. The half and full cover I bought @ a brp dealership.

I use my full cover from April to Oct, I have had my full cover for 3 years.

Also, my half cover has it's own bag. I have a 2014RTS-SE6. Deanna

Yes, the Nelson Rigg half cover is very good IMO. I am very satisfied with mine. One of its finer points is that the holes for antennas have high quality reinforcing. Available on Amazon $42.95.

having tried different covers - I have had the best luck with both BRP covers lasting and working better. Most of the other have either not fit right or Sun faded in little to no time. I would post in the forsale section asking if anyone has one they want to sell first!

+1 on this. I have been using the Nelson Rigg half cover for about 30 days. Works great and have had no issues.

We purchased our Nelson-Rig from Amazon as well and love it for the ride to work and for the parking lots of hotels. Easy on and off! Kent.

Add another happy Nelson Rigg Half cover owner to the list. Just be cautious when applying tension to the cover, and make sure the antenna whole is positioned correctly or it will snap.

We've had our Nelson half and full covers going on 3 years now. Both have held up very well.

thanx for this thread...I've happily used a NR half cover for other bikes and have purchased one for my Spyder just now from Amazon.

It came with a BRP full cover as well. My home has an attached single car garage which I'm questioning whether I'm going to be able to park the beast in there with all my workshop stuff. That assumption may not be realistic like it was for my 2 wheeler.

You need to give the Spyder its own garage.
