As a parent who had a son in a bad motorcycle accident I can say I know how you feel. I pray for a speedy recovery and justice for the hit and run driver.
For son & family & bit of modivation story. It is SO possible, fyi suffered a TBI (traumatic brain injury)in 2012 ,lost use of my left side several times in my 9 months of recovery. DR's still cant explane my revovery. Give u idea I was worse off than this
Told by friends & family I was completly unrecognizable @ time of injury,
2weeks in coma then,FAMILY had large part in modivation to be able to recover!

Docs are hopeful the nerve trauma will subside and use of the arm will eventually return.
He is facing many months of healing and rehab. We are praying for a full or near full recovery.

SHE ALSO RAN AND THE POLICE IN THE AREA HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE HER OR THE TRUCK!!!!!
I Want to thank EVERYONE on this forum for your prayers and kind words. We are going to Knoxville this Friday to bring him back to Michigan. He has been in a rehab facility and can now come home to Michigan to continue his recovery. He still has no feeling or movement of his left arm but the docs feel that will return in time. All other injuries are slowly healing!!
The police do not feel that the woman that caused the accident will ever be found but KARMA is real and some day her time will come!!!!!

Just a fyi im not 100% back yet did gain some wise cracks to cope. Dr has me listed as handicap, pending eval so I am doing greatspyder makes it better by far
