 WTB: misc. for my 2012 RSS
Hey everybody. Having sold my 08GS few years ago, I always said I'd buy another Spyder and I did. 6/26 I bought a 2012 RSS-SE5 and it is still sitting in my garage waiting for time and money to build my new wheelchair rack, install my handbrake and fab some floorboards. Until then I have a wish list and thought it might be worth sharing in case some of you have any goodies sitting around that you might be willing to sell.
Wishlist as follows for 2012 RSS SE5:
Hindle slip on. Had one before and that's the one for me!
Slightly larger windshield. What ya got? No scratches please
Rider floorboards? "Phoenix riders" preferably aluminum so I can weld some foot stops on...
Handlebar risers. Had 1" BRP on last bike but wasn't really enough!

I just saw some snowmobile risers on the DK site for 69 bucks. All different sizes, and they look good.
 it was fun while it lasted.

Hey Coz, thanks for the heads up. I don't know much about anything on snowmobiles but are you referring to the below Dennis Kirk and telling me these puppies will work on my RS?

Any riser of that style, and for 7/8 handlebar will work. I thought they looked pretty good for the money. Good luck with your parts quest. Check the for sale board every day. I've had very good luck there over the years, both with price and condition. Glad to help.
i don't know anything about snowmobiles either, except that they have 7/8 handlebars .

I have a GS/RS cut handlebar with Custom Dynamics 4 inch Billet Riser Kit and Bolt Caps taken off a 2009 GS SE5.
$100 plus shipping from MN (55044). Pix and install instructions available.
