    Question 2009 GS Shark Audio?????

Our son has a 2009 GS.
We are looking to add a stereo audio onto his bike for his birthday.

We are looking at a Shark brand.

    Any suggestions of which model?

    Thanks in advance!

I bought the Shark radio for my 2008 GS SM5 this past spring
    My advice:
Get the 600watt one. You can hear it clearly on the highway without any problems.
I bought mine on ebay and installed it myself.
I bolted it on the top dash just behind the windshield.
I took out the safety card, lifted the top plastic cover off and secured it on that.
The speakers are waterproof, but the unit is not.
    Easy to install yourself
    Enjoy

    Default SHARK AUDIO

Shark makes about 100 different models ( not kidding ).....I had one 650 Watts 2-channel w /FM ( useless without a good antenna )....it fit on the right side just above the frunk in that small space under the hood very nicely.......I swapped out the speakers in the PODs for some JBL 2 ohm GTO 350's which gave them the ability to play twice as loud but still clear and crisp.......Also be sure to get one with a WIRED REMOTE CONTROL...the ones with the wireless infrared are useless......Mike

It is hard to get any quality sound at all speeds, that is why I just bluetooth music from my phone to the headset. He should be able to toggle between intercom and music we he wants to talk to Mom
