It has been brought to our attention recently that some customers have had a problem in contacting us. We are not sure why that has been a problem, and are looking into it further. We do want to say that we never knowingly ignore a customer or simply not respond to them. We have tried to pride ourselves on great customer service since the very first Air Wings years ago. Thanks for posting that. This is something that has been under my skin for a year and a half now. Service after the sale is important in any business, and when paying customers don't get a response to their requests for product support, it tends to cause ill feelings.

It's commendable that you have recognized the problem, and are making the effort to do something about it.

Thank you for stepping up and owning the customer service problem that I had a few years ago when I purchased Baker Built products for my Goldwing. I appreciate the compensatory gesture you made on my recent order, which I received and installed yesterday.
