What is the color of the flower on the black (large) helmet. In the picture it looks red but in person is it red or pink? And what is the safety rating on the helmet? DOT, ECE, and/or Snell?

This is the size that my helmets are running:
Large - Hat Size: 7 3/8 - 7 1/2

Is that one similar in size since it is a ladies large.
