Default New Bag & Rack for my Spyder

My new rack from Spyderpops and new bag from PitBull

But, i had to put a second Gas Shock on to hold the lid up easily (Wife filled it with her (NECESSARY) stuff).

The Spyder rear luggage compartment comes with one gas shock, but has a setup to add an additional one if desired, i purchased the shock and additional parts from BRP; here are the part #s and prices

    Gaz Shock Part # 708300383 (1) $59.99
    Spacer Part # 708300384 (1) $10.99
    Ball Head Stud Part # 250300039 (1) $5.99
    MX60X30 Torx truss screws (pkg of 4) Part # 250000398 $7.96
    Domed Nut M6 Part (pkg of 10) Part # 232361493 $16.50
    Shipping $6.99

    Total Cost 108.42

    That is my shop.

That rack is used for day trips, we need a full trailer for anything more than a single day ride .

    Hi Gene,

    Re: looks very nice . . .

Mine definitely looks home-made but I am getting there. Probably only about 100 more hours to get her finished.

I haven't gas welded in over 25 yrs; so it could look better. Sort of like riding a bicycle, takes some time to get back into the groove.

But I'm having fun making it:

That would have been funny if someone thought they were valuable and stole those packages.

I am not interested in discussing that, yet , but will tell you that if all her plans go through ............... the new Spyder was cheap.

Gene, your RS looks like it may tip over backwards and leave your front wheels in the air. In reality, though, that bag looks very functional.

As for Joe's garage, I wish my garage looked like that!! I could NEVER post a picture of my garage.
