Shout out to John at ELKA!
How's this for customer service:
My wife recently bought a used 2014 RT-S. It came with Elka shocks and the previous owner weighed in at around 300 pounds. I stopped at the Elka tent at Vendor Village (at Spyderfest) and spoke with John. I asked him if he would look at her shocks and adjust them, if needed. He said of course.
I pulled it in, he took one look and said, "Those don't belong on that!" He then tried to adjust them by hand and was unable. He said they were wound too tight an he'd need a vice to loosen it and he didn't have one. Here's where it gets good... John replaced them with a brand new pair of Stage II Elka's and sent her on her way. No charge!
I was so shocked (no pun intended) I bought a pair for my 2014 RT-L. How could I not?
John also said they need serviced at about 70,000 miles.
Thanks again, John.

John does a great job representing Elka. Had them on my GS. Have them on my RT... and will have them on my F3 after I rob the bank and buy one!
