Default Went for a ride today and ...............

Not sure what time i left home.

Not sure which roads i rode on.

Not sure about gas mileage cause i don't care.

    weather was somewhere around 70.

Don't know how much gas i put in at the service station or how much it cost.

Got home about an hour or two ago.

    Sure had a good ride.

    Default Almost Perfect

That's a perfect day. I'm going to do four days of the same thing in Southern Utah this Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Don't care how much it cost, how much I spend on food, gas and lodging. Don't care if the phone rings cause I'm not answering it. Don't care if I make it back but probably will have to so I can work a few weeks before the next I don't care trip which will be Lake Tahoe for a week at the end of April.

    Lead by example Joe.

Hey Joe I'm not sure if you have figured out this retirement thing yet. I think you need more practice.

    Default Yippie..!!!

Now that is my kinda ryding...just no particular place to go...no schedule or time to be nowhere.

Reminds me of....car comes up to an intersection on an off the beaten path road. There is a young boy sitting on a stump and the driver asks him, if I was to turn left and follow that road where would it take me.? Young boy say, I really don't know sir. The driver then asks, if I was to turn right and go down that road where would it take me.? The boy again answers, sorry mister but I don't know. Driver then asks, if I was to go straight ahead were would the road take me.? Really sorry but I really don't know. Finally the driver asks, if I were to turn around and go down the road were would it take me. I am truly sorry sir but I don't know answered the boy. Driver looked at him bewildered and said, boy you don't know nothing...to which the boy replied..yeah...but I ain't lost...

That's nice and all, but when I use that explanation for being late to work, the boss isn't happy.
    Huh.
