 New Spyder Rider
Hi all. I just bought a 2014 Spyder LTD. We're expecting snow today, so I'll probably pick her up next week.
I look forward to getting to know fellow Spyder riders.

 It will take you 200 to 300 miles to adjust to the Spyder. Plan on doing a single long trip to do this, and stay OFF the major highways - use the winding back roads. One of the initial issues many have is the "death grip", causing you to tire early, and get sore. I have recommended to several new riders to practice riding open handed - just pushing to turn. Anyway, relax and enjoy the ride - remember that lonely right foot thingy is the only thing that will stop you!!

Welcome, Bob. Congratulations on your new fun machine. Since you've not ridden a three wheel machine do read the safety portion of your owner's manual thoroughly, then relax, have fun and if warm enough, bring a tooth brush to scrub the bugs off your teeth. The big grin catches lots of them.

And the the Spyder world. I very recently got a 2014 RT-S and am still getting used to it. Different------than the motorcycles i"ve been riding all my life.
CHECK THE TIRE PRESSURE mine was delivered with low pressure----once set right , what a difference.
