Zumo 660 GPS & Sena SMH10 Headsets - NEED HELP!!!!!

Hope someone has a solution for me. I recently purchased a pair of SMH 10 headsets. Pairing to Intercom and Phone (Galaxy Note 4) and pairing and connecting my 660 was simple also HOWEVER when I attempt turn by turn Navigation the audio only comes from GPS and not thru the headsets. I've had multiple email correspondence with Sena and one phone conversation. In all cases, I/we were unable to get the combo working properly was finally was told by Sena that apparently my Zumo is defective. Searching the internet, I found many individuals had problems of various sorts. Does anyone have a possible solution/fix for my dilema? Obviously I could my phone for navigation and hear turn by turn in headset but of course that's a heavy drain on the phone and the charging cable would be inconvienent. I also contacted Garmin but only response I got from them was 'is your software up to date'? Any help/suggestions is appreciated.
