    Default Radar Detectors?

    Has anyone installed a radar detector? I would like to use my Valentine in both the car and the Spyder. Any advice on the mounts and/or installation?

    I use a escort 8500x50 works good but if you don't have a H.A.R.D. sys you have to stare at the detector all the time. Mine is mounted at the top of my windshield.
