Isn't it weird that in AMERICA our flag and our culture offend so many people......
but our benefits don't?

George,
I also traded, mine was a 2010 RT S . loved that Spyder, had no problems with it but I got the itch for the 1330 SE 6 speed. So far I am thrilled with it. For me I don't need the eco mode to tell me when to change gears. I used it for about a thousand miles to get used to the changes paying attention to the RPM's. What I did learn is that the eco mode inhibits the throttle body thus performance. So, if your in a hurry don't be in eco mode.
Interested to see how your comparison is with the new spyder and your gold wing trike. By the way, colors are about the only change in the '15's some say the electric frunk button is back but not sure as I haven't seen the 15's yet. I do like the fact that the frunk can be opened anyway with the engine running just by pushing down on the ignition switch and turning it.

Many are asking the same questions George.
For sure, new color/and color combinations, new and improved prices.
Have heard both ways on the "frunk" button. Would like to see it back, but have learned to live without it. Would probably install it if the price is "reasonable."
I don't like or use the "eco mode." A waste of time for me, about one to two mpg improvement in gas mileage--but NOT performance. Don't need no steenkin Eco mode.
A bit early in the season to see if there are really any differences on the 2015's handling compared to the 2014's. I think one person has posted they got the 2015 in red so far.

Curious to know exactly how they differ spec-wise if the price of the 2015 is indeed higher. I'm in the market for a basic RT but not going 2015 if the 2014 is cheaper for the same package... o_O

If you can find a 2014 you like, the price will be less on both MSRP and you may find a couple thousand off or so on the 2014 (close out pricing).
If you want the 2014 you should be shopping with checkbook in hand now.

The changes for 2015 appear to be pretty minimal...
This bike got the major updates last year, so we all pretty much figured, that 2015 would hold no ground-shaking surprises...

Not a complete answer on the frunk button, but....
I recently got a catalog on Spyder accessories from Can-Am (along with my lapel pin). and a to-be-installed frunk button is an option that can be purchased (I think it was fairly reasonable, like $100). At any rate, it listed "Standard on 2015", so I've been expecting to see it.

BRP just needs to negotiate with Honda to buy and use the 1800cc Goldwing engine.
