First owner has experienced problems, read his review. Engine dies when downshifting from 2nd to 1st, also a problem in the camber that they supposedly fixed. http://www.slingshotforums.com/threa...e-8#post-26297

I am from Texas and will wait for the bugs and fixes fixed in the first year. Besides cant own one now anyway. Stupid Texas laws!

The value measured in " fun factor" seems to be very good. My dealer will have them on the 29th this month. The wife (her name is Julie also) and I will be checking them out then. She is as excited as I am to pick one up.
It's better to make your own plans than to be part of someone else's.
