Another no knowledge person expounding on a subject they are not familiar with. To use his own quote:
The old Romans used to say that “philosophum non facit barba,” which means that a beard doesn’t make you a philosopher, and there is still much truth behind these words.

I saved a couple of hundred brain cells by listening to everyones' comments first instead of reading the article. I now see that I have no need or want to do so.....

Really..!!!
and he would be the one who won't wave back...!! Guess for off the top of your head with no research involved this is what you get. I would like to see him get on a spyder without swinging his leg over the seat.... he would fall..on what he is....jmo

Opinions are like noses.
We all have one.
I think ink three wheels are much better, especially at my age.
So far, my second childhood is better than my first.

I'm thinking that people talking trash against a Spyder had never ridden one on a public street.
If they rode a Spyder and looked at people's expressions they would get it.
No denying the face of first impressions....I get them everytime I ride and it confirms that I bought a great product.
Screw critics with connection to what people really think.....
Snoopys voice of reason for the day.

The look of a smile....I bought my girlfriend a RSS on her birthday for one reason. We had a demo ride, when she caught up to me at the turn around...her smile was like nothing I have ever seen before. Now I get to see it every time we ride. My F3 is coming in Jan. I will continue to ride my 2003 Harley until then.

Hey guys we know why we love our spiders , who cares what a narrow mind idiot has to say !
Personally I'm more pissy that he kept referencing Justin Berber to the spyder and obviously he never rhode one maybe more then a short distance . If I truely wanted a 2 wheeled bike I'd have one but I really enjoy riding what I have and don't think I'd go to a 2 wheeler.
SO in the short of it again who the hell cares what some jack ass has to say enjoy what ya ride and have fun.

Felt compelled to leave this comment:
"These are REAL bikers, who throw a leg over REAL bikes, who will ride in the rain and sweat like the rest of us do under their leathers as the morning cold turns to afternoon warmth and they’re out in the middle of nowhere. People who don’t need to show others that their heart beats often sound like a bike’s rumble."
Huh. I ride my Spyder in the rain (even through a hurricane once), through the cold (six hour trip in 15 degrees last winter; thank you, Gerbing!), and the heat (101 degrees, endless chill towels).
But I guess I'm only a "real" biker when I'm on my Ninja. Got it.

On 18 October 2014 at 21:50 UTC, Apparently no longer a biker said:
Been riding two wheel bikes since I was 9, and without incident, I am Now 59 year old "hard core, bad ass biker" My bike for the last 11 years has been a Harley and my health has made me realize that two wheels may not be the best way to go. So my girlfriend rides a RSS Spyder and to continue my love of riding I have ordered the F3-S Spyder, which according to this article I will be down grading my "status" from "real biker" to....what? Just what does that mean? What you choose to ride doesn't change who you are. REAL BIKER...Can't find that in webster's dictonary. Judge those for who they are, not what they ride.

Riders creed... we ride to fly, to feel, to touch, to breath, to laugh, to sore, to overcome,to relax, to belong, to feel strong, to heal, to love, and to be loved back, to communicate without words. We ride to live. No where does it say only on a two wheel bike.

Real bikers ride what they want, where they want, and when they want. They aren't concerned with what others ride, the whole thing is about THAT they ride.
Sixty plus years on less than 4 wheels.

OK, I'm a research geek - My 2014 RT cost me $18K, my SS SL cost $22K, how can they build a FWD Elio for $8000 and make money?? Research indicates the Elio has a higher quality value, and more utility than the SS, for less than half the dough$$$$ ?????
