It is good to see that they have made some improvements to actually make 6th gear useful.

Wouldn't surprise me to see that change transition into the RT now that BRP seems to have figured out where the 1330 likes to run??

Forgot to mention that there is much less belt vibration now that there is more belt wrap.

I can't find the teeth on the RT but 79 sounds about right, the US F3 is 89 for sure.

I got the 79 teeth from the description in the online parts catalog.

I am curious why the bigger sprocket for NA and not the rest of the world?

Perhaps they figure that the longer legs will be needed on the high-speed roads??

Or perhaps it's an attempt to get better fuel economy out of it??

It is rumoured that everything in the USA is bigger! Bigger landmass, Bigger ocean-side beaches, Bigger cars,
Bigger portions (!), Bigger highways, Bigger intellects, Bigger SPROCKETS!

I am going to the dealer tomorrow to see if I can order an F3. I want one even more than I wanted my 2010 RSS.

I noticed that during the two demo rydes but wasn't sure if we had enough time at the higher speed to be sure. Glad to hear it was your impression as well.
