Default New Dealer near Salem, OR

If any of you missed it, Power Motorsports in Sublimity, OR (SE of Salem off Hwy 22, toward Detroit lake) is now a full service CanAm dealer. The techs have been trained, but the sales staff has very little experience with the Spyder line, and I got to meet several prospective RT owners, while answering questions the sales staff could not. Having said that, the staff was attentive, helpful, and asked good questions.

I picked up my new RT yesterday, and the entire transaction took about 30 minutes, even with the 7 year BEST warranty paperwork - smooth as silk. I even asked them to install a Battery Tender dongle, and that was done before the paperwork was finished.

These folks are anxious to build this business, so give them a shot, and you might get a killer deal!

    Default Good to know..!!

great news for folks out that way. Always good to have choices and if closer a plus. Wish them luck and that they get up and running with the sales staff. They are the first line if sakes are going to improve...

I'm takeing our new RT in tomorrow to have them repair an oil leak at transmission output. I hope the wrench knows what he is doing.

    Default Power Yamaha/Kawasaki/Can-Am etc

Got our leftover 2015 RT-S Special yesterday from Power. Overall it went ok. I will say that they need some "Coaching" on how to clean/detail a bike for delivery. Up until very recently they had all Can-Am ' s stored outside and they were a mess. Yesterday none were outside.

The outside of ours was clean, but open anything and dirt was everywhere. There was still packaging tape on the Swingarm. The marker lights didn't work on the fenders. I fixed that by installing the fuse correctly.

Everything else has been fine so far....except for the weather! Lol

    just FYI!
