Air Filter Kit on a RS/GS

I'm just wondering if anyone has put my Air Filter Kit on a RS/GS and how much room is around the back side of the filter? I put one on a 2013 RT yesterday and there was much more room around the filter than my 2012 RT. This would make for a simpler pre-filter.

But just at the top back. Made a foam prefilter (UNI) before yours came out and getting it on was a bit of a pull and stretch. Loosening the filter will do the trick.
