I am 55 and my wife is 48. I got my Spyder because they are cool looking and I didn't think my wife would want to ride on the back of a two wheeler. Mentally I am 21 years old because I want to be able to legally drink in my little fantasy world.

I'm 81, and so far, so good. Love my Spyder, and just bought a new rear tire.

I couldn't tell you what the average age for Spyders is. Here in Belgium I believe it's pretty high hence the nickname old-people-bikes.

I, myself, am currently 27 and I had to switch from two-wheels to the Spyder due to medical issues. While I don't regret the switch I really do miss my 'normal' bike. My Spyder RT is awesome in its own right but there's just no way comparing it to my previous bike.

Then again I hope more people here start buying more Spyders so I'll be better accepted in the biker community here. I'm not very welcome most of the time...

    Default 47, but who's counting

Been riding 2 wheels for 30 years. from the first time I saw a spyder, i was hook. Just took a few years to get on one. Loved it immediatly (that was only 3 weeks ago, but haven't been out of the saddle since then)

You are correct my dear "Watson" I resemble that remark but just wait till you reach those years and see if you can still call the "kettle" black.

Riding continuously since age 11. Now 76 and riding both leaners and three wheelers just not doing 600 mile days anymore. I ride leaners with a guy who is 86 and is in

better shape than most 50-60 year olds. For you folks from PHX his name is Tex Earnhardt. He owns 20+ car dealerships and is still running them along with his family. When I grow up I want to be just like him.

35 here. I do remember when the Spyders were coming out and thought how cool they were, so different. But at the time I just didn't have the money to pony up for one. Going camping, jetskiing, and bowling pretty much took priority on expendable income. Since my DH isn't interested in motorsports, I saw the Spyder as a better option if I wanted to venture out on my own. God forbid if you have to do it, but picking up a two-wheeler by yourself is not my idea of fun. :-) But my 2015 F3S certainly is.

73rears, and I got my Spyder in September last year. Got my first motorcycle in 1959, a 1949 Royal Enfield 500cc thumper (single cylinder). This was back in the day before helmets or electric start. When bikes had a decompression lever as well as a spark advance lever and you had to kick start them.

    Default Simply more fun.

I was a Harley rider up until 2 months ago. I'm 52 and traded (with cash back) for a 2008 Premiere Edition GS. Spyders are a LOT more fun and a LOT easier to clean.
