Canisterectomy on 2013 RTS
Is it worthwhile? Any links for the process and parts needed? I did it way back on my 08 GS but have slept since then. Thanks.

I did the canisterectomy on my 2013 RTS and left my wifes RTS canister intact. No difference. They both still fume up the garage after every ride.

the only thing different now, is that i added an INLINE GAS FILTER where you see the word 'SPLICE'..... i now get ZERO fumes.....

Tried it on both... no real effect. Only thing that has helped is filling the tank with cold fresh gas before parking in the garage. That has helped more than anything.

I performed it on my 2013 RT-S over the winter and it completely eliminated the gas fume problem. It is covered on Page 3 / Post 60 of this thread:

I have a 2013 that I have had ZERO gas smell the whole time
