    Default IDEAL DEALER

    Central Florida Powersports in Kissimmee, Fl offers these features
    1) Free Loaner Spyder whenever your bike is in for maintenance or repair
    & you take it home if the work is not complete that day
    2) When work is done you get a free bike wash and a free gas tank fill up
    3) three certified Spyder Techs so two are always on duty every day
    4) Open six days a week with full service - if you have a weekend breakdown you don't have
    to wait until Tuesday since CFPS is open Monday unlike most dealers
    5) RT-622 Trailer rental program so you can rent a trailer if you only use it once or twice a year
    6) If you are too busy or have problems getting your bike in for work, they offer free pick up
    and delivery
    And most of all they even do all this for owners who bought elsewhere not just their own sales.
    Pretty amazing huh? no wonder folks are driving here from long distances to buy and get service.
    Lots of us visit there every week just to hang out since the atmosphere is so positive.

    Here is hoping that this competitive example will motivate more dealerships.

    My dealer does numbers 1, 2, 4 and 6. I'm not sure about #3. I guess I'm not doing too bad!

    I have to agree with Biker Doc, CFPS is indeed awesome. Tis the reason why I traveled 500+ miles to purchase from them, and when I am in town down there visiting the Mouse I try to schedule some time to go over to the dealership. If only they were closer then they would get all my service also.

    I forgot to mention that they also spend thousands of dollars a year promoting rydes, offering prizes, and supporting Spyder group charity events

    Now that's a dealer that others should emulate. Makes me want to move to Florida--Almost.

    I will second, third or fourth the kudos for Central Florida Power Sports. First met them at Bike Week in Daytona this year. Made us a great offer on a 2014 RT-S SE6 which they had in stock. Being that we live in Jacksonville we thought we would try and deal with someone closer to home to build a relationship. Local people talked a great story and got our deposit saying that the bike we wanted was due in their facility in 7 to 10 days. That time came and went with no bike and the new story was end of the month meant anytime within 2 or 3 weeks from the end of the month. My understanding is that they can log onto their BRP account to get a close approximation. The dealer's attitude was that it was beyond their control and it would arrive when it did. Started hearing some negative items about their service and decided Orlando really wasn't that far away. Contact Albert at CFP, got a reasonable deal and we picked up our new Spyder a few days later. When I asked about service he explained their loaner program and how they do business. Painless process (other than to the bank account but hey it's cheaper than long term therapy, wonder if I can write it off as a medical expense ) First class operation!

    Truthfully I never paid any attention to what the hourly rate was because I alway felt the total bill was fair and highly competitive. I have friends that live within couple miles of a another dealership and they drive over 100 miles to get service at CFPS so they definitely agree with me

    Very nice! Purchase experience is a small part of the entire ownership experience. Great service experience is a larger part and really goes a long way. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the same dealership due to their service department.

    I have been to CFPS in Kissimmee to look at Spyders many times and when the time comes I too will be a customer of theirs.
    I'm just awaiting for a three cylinder ST, please 2015.

    That is an awesome dealer. When I mentioned this site to my dealer all he said is, "Don't talk to me about forums. They suck!" I am still considering not taking my new RT back to them for service. Mindman I am sure knows who I am speaking of.

    Yes Jason, Charles and the rest of the gang are AWESOME! I have experienced all of the above accolades on two RTS Spyder purchases there. Recently sold my RTS and will certainly return for more of CFP's excellent service.

    Sure beats the heck out of the local dealership in this area. They would not even offer a test ride unless you signed a purchase agreement. That is why we are still looking for our first Spyder... CFPS will most likely get our business when we are ready....

    Have to love a dealer that provides such excellent service! Mine does most of the list except for trailer rentals and free pick up!
