Thank You!
Well, I picked up my new ride yesterday, a 2013 V Star 1300 Deluxe. After 5 years on 2 Spyders and many headaches, I traded in my 2010 RTS and must say goodbye to the Spyder community (as an owner anyways). Just wanted to say thank you to so many members who shared with me their expertise and knowledge of all things Spyder, what a great community of people. Life goes on, I will be very interested to see how the Spdyer evolves as time goes by and wouldn't rule out buying another one down the road (pardon the pun)
Thanks again to all, ride safe and keep the rubber pointed down.

Sorry things didn't work out better. Very nice choice to replace the Spyder. Don't leave the site though. Stick around, once a Spyder family member, always a family member.

The 1300 Tour Deluxe is a fantastic ride and should be near bullet proof. I traded my '07 1300 Tour in on my RT.
Here it is a few years ago...
Have fun!

I went down the same road and also replaced my Spyder with a two-wheeler.
As you can see, I am still hanging around. There is a lot to be learned here, no matter what you ride.
Stay safe.
